Working Groups

Innovation and Collaborative Development in Air Mobility

At the SIAM Cluster, one of our key pillars is the creation of Working Groups, designed as a strategic space where different actors within the innovative air mobility ecosystem can collaborate, share knowledge, and generate impactful solutions for the sector. These groups offer a unique opportunity for our members to actively participate in the transformation of air mobility, both in Spain and internationally.

What are the Working Groups?

SIAM's Working Groups are collaborative teams formed by our members with the goal of driving projects and activities that accelerate innovation, share knowledge, and allow members to influence sector regulations and trends. These groups provide a dynamic platform that offers entities the chance to connect directly with public administrations, regulators, universities, technology centers, and leading companies in the sector.

What benefits do the Working Groups offer?

Participation in the Working Groups provides significant benefits for our members, depending on their profile:

  • Regulatory bodies: Direct access to structured and coordinated information on current industry and administrative needs.
  • Public administrations: Specialised support for shaping policies and regulations that facilitate sector development.
  • SMEs and startups: The opportunity to influence key sector drivers and establish valuable connections with large companies and authorities.
  • Large companies: Active participation in the creation of standards and direct contact with regulatory bodies and technology centers.
  • Technology centers and universities: Collaboration in solving industrial challenges and obtaining valuable information for research and academic training.

How are the Working Groups structured?

Each Working Group is led by a Secretary General and a Technical Coordinator, responsible for organising and monitoring activities. Members can propose new groups or join any existing ones based on their interests and specialisation. Additionally, the Working Groups have the flexibility to organise their meetings either in person or virtually, enabling efficient and continuous collaboration.

The outputs and deliverables from the Working Groups are as diverse as the sector's needs. These may include regulatory proposals, technical guides, trend studies, or white papers. These outcomes not only benefit Cluster members but can also directly influence the evolution of air mobility in Spain.

Why join?

Becoming part of SIAM's Working Groups is an exceptional way to be at the forefront of innovation in air mobility. It is an ideal platform to influence sector development, access exclusive information, and collaborate with key leaders on transformative projects. Additionally, it provides a direct path to enhancing the visibility and competitiveness of each of our members, both in Spain and on the international stage.
